Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping eligibility: We currently ship lightweight items (1 lb / 0.45 kg or less) within the United States only.

Items over 1 lb are Local Pickup Only.

 

Processing time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

 

Shipping cost: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

 

Shipping address: Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Local Pickup (Honolulu):

 

Free local pickup is available.

 

Pickup hours: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (HST)

Pickup location: After placing your order, we will contact you with pickup instructions.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

 

We accept returns on eligible items in new, unused condition.

 

• Local Pickup Orders: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of pickup.

• Shipped Orders: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking).

 

Non-returnable items:

 

• Opened/used items

• Items not in original condition/packaging

• Final sale items (if marked)

 

Return shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

 

How to start a return:

Contact us with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We will provide return instructions.
